From our first moment in this hotel we experienced nothing but friendliness, good service and many nice amenities.
The lobby offers so many types of sitting areas, from large,comfy couches to small intimate tables near a crackling fireplace.
During the complimentary "happy hour" drinks are free and popcorn is offered in the old fashion popcorn cart.
Wednesday nights there are even complimentary food offerings such as salad,tacos and so on.
The rooms are clean,breakfast is great and the pool/jacuzzi nicely maintained.
A wonderful place to stay!!!!!! Price is right too!!!

The welcome here at reception was pleasant,informative and accomadating.
Our room upon arrival was airy, clean and spacious.
This hotel is near shopping and fine eateries. Breakfast is ample and fresh,with a clean bright dining area.
However housekeeping seems to be a bit different at this hotel.
Our first day here we were sent a woman who spoke no english.
Needless to say it was hard for us to communicate toher our needs.
On the second day here the housekeeper came in asking me what I wanted done. So i expressed we needed fresh towels and perhaps some clean glasses.
The woman did not check the waste baskets,I had to remind her and she did not offer nor check for vacuuming nor making or freshng of the bed Are the people here not being trained properly?
Today is day three and I am anxious to see how it goes
Sooo a few hours later and a young girl comes in to clean the room. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND DOES EVERYTHING WITHOUT ASKING.
Is this the only properly trained woman here in this housekeeping unit?
If so then she should be training the others.

ECONO LODGE NORTHBOROUGH, MASS.
This hotel is right next door to a quaint shopping area,which actually hosts a Christmas Tree Shop, a Joanne,and, a wonderful deli with great service and yummy food.
The hotel itself has drive up to the door style, boasts some old doors which look a bit battered but the rooms are clean and provide basic needs such as microwaves, fridge, and a couch with armchair for comfort.
The desk lamp was not working and the maintenance was quick to fix it.
There was a problem with the internet but the technician was quickly called.
All I can say is the hotel took care of every thing that was wrong and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Only low note us breakfast, but, if you only want a quick eat then is ok.The orange juice is good and the room is bright and clean.
The menu offers cold cereal, english muffins, bagels, coffee. juice and some waffles.

CLEAN BUT FREEZING
NOW NORMALLY THIS IS NOT A BIG THING EXCEPT WHEN IT TAKES FOREVER FOR THE ROOM TO WARM UP
BREAKFAST WAS NICE
YOUGOURTS FRUIT SAUSAGE EGGS
