The welcome here at reception was pleasant,informative and accomadating.
 Our room upon arrival was airy, clean and spacious.
 This hotel is near shopping and fine eateries. Breakfast is ample and fresh,with a clean bright dining area.
 However housekeeping seems to be a bit different at this hotel.
Our first day here we were sent a woman who spoke no english.
Needless to say it was hard for us to communicate toher our needs.
 On the second day here the housekeeper came in asking me what I wanted done. So i expressed we needed fresh towels and perhaps some clean glasses.
 The woman did not check the waste baskets,I had to remind her and she did not offer nor check for vacuuming nor making or freshng of the bed Are the people here not being trained properly?
Today is day three and I am anxious to see how it goes

Sooo a few hours later and a young girl comes in to clean the room. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND DOES EVERYTHING WITHOUT ASKING.
Is this the only properly trained woman here in this housekeeping unit?
If so then she should be training the others.
